Maya Melayeva was born in 1981. Even as a little girl, she loved to play, dance and jump as if she were on stage. Passion for art led Maya Melayeva to study at the Turkmen State Institute of Culture in Ashgabat. Therefore, he graduated from the Faculty of Theater Arts of the Turkmen State Institute of Culture and became an actor in theater and cinema. Since 2006, Maya Melayeva has been an artist of the Turkmen Puppet Theater and is engaged in creative work. From the first days, she was able to show her acting abilities. She excelled in the art world, superbly handling puppets and creating unique voices. Maya Melayeva not only improves her artistic skills, but also provides creative support to young artists in the theater. It follows the principle of mentoring-apprenticeship. Over the years, Maya Melayeva played the roles of the Golden Fish, the Old Woman in “The Fisherman and the Fish”, Umsumsokar in “Juyten’s Wedding”, Murtuk in “House with Children – Bazaar”, a kidney in “Bovenjik”, Mother Cat in “How the Kitten Learned to Meow ?”, a club employee in “Love Will Save Us”, Jennet’s mom and a saleswoman in “Love Bridge”, Altyngozel in “Oh, this love”, a small crow in “The Boy Turned into a sparrow”, a mouse in “Aunt Sona”, a dancer in
